This series began by using the narrative ability possessed by jewellery. With the topic of "The interpretation of dreams ", "The Symbolic Interpretation of Dream" and "Distortion in Dreams" are the starting points of this research, while jewellery is the medium of my expression.I endowed the fragments of elements that I searched in image realistic images to restore my childhood dreams. These scattered emotional symbols have constructed an inner world that only belongs to me, where I tried to realize an intertextual exploration of dreams and reality with the narrative characteristics of jewellery works.

Distortion of Dreams

Dreams originate from dreamers' desires, which are created and embodied in the form of dreams. However, the loop of dream from its origin from reality, realization in dreams, and the final reaction on reality, has been the source of this work. Therefore, I interpreted the past dreams and reproduced them to explore the intertwined relationship between dreams and reality.

The Symbolic Interpretation of Dream

Dream is the result of the symbolic interpretation of the subject emotions and impulses by the brain. Thus, I extracted the characteristic symbols and key objects from dreams, guided them into reality and presented this series of jewellery works by combining my own understanding.

When I was a kid, I loved watermelon.
1 often accidentally swallowed some watermelon seeds.
Whenever it happened,
the adults would always put on a serious look and say:
*You will lay a watermelon in a few days!"
